idea?

I haven't had an idea in a long time. Which means I haven't had the light bulb going DING DING somewhere near the top of my head for ages. In fact, I haven't had any light bulb going DING DING somewhere near the top of my head my whole life, primary since light bulbs don't go DING DING, and they also don't appear magically near the top of anyone's head, unless it happened to already be there in the first place. It is however, just as unlikely, since light bulbs aren't known to be suspended in mid-air just a little bit above head level, in their most natural state. Of course, all this I've just said is meaningless, since the light bulb is just a metaphor for an idea. So the DING DING is just a metaphorical DING DING that doesn't appear anywhere other than in cartoons, such as those where Wile E. Coyote has an idea to catch the roadrunner, then usually does himself in a really bad way. If that's the case, I'm glad the metaphorical light bulb hasn't yet appeared over my head.
