hmm. i have watched the 1st race of this f1 season on sunday and i think that this season promises to be very exciting. firstly, the old tyre rule is back. will it hand ferrari and schumi an advantage? schumi starts the race from pole, with reigning champ fernando alonso in the 2nd row and mclarens flying finn kimi raikonnen at the rear, unfortunately, due to suspension problems in qualifying. in the end it turned out to be flying race for 1st and 2nd between schumi and alonso with alonso emerging victorious. only just. the time between the former champ and the reigning champ was 1 plus seconds only. further behind flying from rear to 3rd was kimi with jeson button coming in 4th. the surprise package though was debutant rosberg, who came in 7th for a 2 points debut. hmmm. i don't really know all the technical stuff for f1 but i do know that mclarens new chrome coloured cars are fucking difficult to spot. haha. i ain't the f1 expert. ozy is much better. i watch f1 for the excitement and i have a feeling this season will be one to watch. the championship should be thrown wide open now, with 3 top drivers on the podium for race 1. for other not interested people. oh well.
